We offer a variety of professional exterior cleaning services such as pressure washing, safe non-pressure roof cleaning, gutter whitening, and screen enclosure cleaning. We specialize in paver restoration and stripping, paver sealing, and travertine sealing, and use exclusively the ICT Ure-Seal H20 System.

Peter Henchey founded Peter’s Pressure Washing in the spring of 2012. He has spent (and continues to spend) large amounts of time researching and learning from experts so he can most effectively use the best cleaners and the correct equipment to serve you efficiently. Integrity is a priority in his work ethic, and he is constantly improving his skills and professionalism.

Jacob Tate
General Manager
Jacob has been a part of the Peter’s Pressure Washing team since 2019. Having worked as a lead technician for over a year before his promotion to sales manager, then general manager, Jacob knows first hand what it takes to deliver the quality and service we are known for. When he’s not helping you get an estimate, you can catch Jacob staying active outdoors Playing tennis, camping, or spending time with his family.
Matthew Masselink
Shop Manager
Matt is our team member who keeps the whole thing together! Matt has been with us for over 5 years and knows everything there is to know about our industry. He runs our shop/ Repair division and maintains every piece of PPW Equipment! Matt enjoys traveling as well as working on his own vehicles and by far has the biggest green thumb on the team.

Jose and his wife Marisely live in Valrico with their sons Joseph, Jomar, and Joshaun. Jose loves spending time with his wife and even helps her homeschool their three boys. Jose loves going to the beach with his family and driving his Subaru WRX!
